  The Lake Lyle  Stuffed Yellow Pepper Bake Page

This recipe shows how to make the best breakfast treat you will ever have.  What a way to start the day.  its mmm good!

Enough yackin..  Let’s cook, let’s eat…..  

Lay out all the needed supplies;

4 Yellow Peppers sliced open and cleaned

Mix together:

¼ cup Sour Cream

3 eggs

¾ cup milk

Salt pepper

½ cup biscuit mix

Fill pepper bottom with hash browns

Top hash brown with green onion

Add some Cheese  Monterey Jack

Bacon chunks

Fill with egg mixture

Top with cheese

Bake @350 for 45 minutes

 Just eat  it
