The Lake Lyle MeatBalls Page
There is always room for meatballs! This recipe was derived from many other recipes I found on the internet, the only problem was that each recipe I found didnt have enough good stuff in to classify the recipe as Deluxe. So I had to create my own and thus created a class of Meatblls worthy of the name Lake Lyle Deluxe Meatballs
Enough yacking.. Lets cook, lets eat ..
Lay out all the needed supplies;
5 lb Lake Lyle Hamburger
5 Eggs
1 Red onion ( diced )
1 can Water Chestnuts ( diced )
2 cups Bread crumbs
1 pack Italian Seasoning
1 pack Meat Loaf Seasoning
Minced Onion to taste

Step 01 Lay out the supplies.

Step 02 In a large bowl, dice up Red Onion and Water Chestnuts.

Step 03 Add Hamburger and Italian mix.

Step 04 Add Meatloaf seasoning.

Step 05 Season with a bunch of dry minced onion flakes.

Step 06 Add the breadcrumbs.

Step 07 Add in the eggs.

Step 08 Time to get your hands dirty mix it up!
Step 09 Form golf ball size balls and lay out on a bake sheet.
Step 10 - Bake fast and furious 400 fer about 20 minutes or until meat begins to crisp.
Step 11 Let cool and sample away. Bag up the leftovers and freeze until needed.
