The Lake Lyle  Biscuit Cups Page

This recipe shows how to build a pile of the best little Biscuit Cups you even will see.  I made a batch one day and they were a hit !!  I filled them with sausage & gravy  but don't over look the LL.com egg bake, it would be a table-cleaner as well.  Feel free to fill these morsels with anything you can think of, but before doing so, you might want to ask yourself, "..what would Lyle say..."

Enough yacking.. Let’s cook, let’s eat…..

Lay out all the needed supplies;

        1 – box Biscuit Mix

        1 - can of a friend's beer

        2 - eggs

        1 - Muffin pan

         Cooking Oil Spray

Step 01 - Make a beer matter biscuit mix.  You may notice I do not use (waste) my own brand of beer when baking.  Always save YOUR brand for drinking and use OTHER'S brand for cookin.

Step 02 - Add the Biscuit Mix as directed on the box.

Step 03 - Add in a couple of eggs.

Step 04 - Coat the underside of a muffin ban with a light coat of cooking spray.

.

Step 05 -  Form a Biscuit Ball about the size of a tennis ball.

Step 06 - Form the Biscuit Cup by working the dough over a muffin tin.

Step 07 - I form a flat bottom on each cup by a light tap from a beer bottle.

Step 08 - Bake em as directed.

.

Step 09 - Let em cool a bits and pop em arf.

Step 10 - Fill em Full and Dive In !!

  Just eat  it
