The Lake Lyle Ring Baloney Page This page is to show how to mix up a batch of Ring Baloney. This is an easy recipe to use & follow. 30 lb of Buffalo Burger 4 - 6 to 7 lb Pork Butt Roasts 1 package of Ring Baloney Seasoning 1 package of casings 1 ball smoking string
Step 01 - Lay out the supplies.
Step 02 - Cut the Pork Butt Roasts into manageable chunks that will easily fit into the grinder.
Step 03 - Run the pork chunks through the grinder.
Step 04 - Prep the casings by placing them in warm water.
Step 05 - Place about 1/2 the pork into a meat mixer.
Step 06 - Add special seasoning and 15 lbs of Buffalo Burger. Mix thoroughly and feel free to add 3-4 cups of water.
Step 07 - Load the casings using plenty of warm water.
Step 08 - The first filled casing.
Step 09 - Pinch the casing at desired length and give it a twist or two. Tie off each end of twist and cut.
Step 10 - Into the smoker. Our smokers could hold 2 rows of 7 rings.
Step 11 - The first batch is done. About 2 hours at a med heat.
Step 12 - Now that's a pile of baloney!
Step 13 - Into the Vacu-Seal bag.
Enjoy them with your friends. Just smoke it
