The Lake Lyle Stuffed Pork Chop Page
This page is to show ya all how to cook up a batch of Stuffed Pork Chops. These lill critters are some of the world's simplest and finest food you will ever sit down to. I use store-bought stuffing mix and add a few goodies to it but hey, if you are one of "those" that need the real thing - have at it, but just remember - my way is quicker and that also means I'll be eating quicker then you too.... so Let's get Cooking and Let's get Eatin...

Step 01 - Start with some nice extra thick boneless pork loin ( I call em boneless pork chops ).

Step 02 - Chop up a small pile of celery and onions and whatever else you would like added to the dressing. Options are limited only by your own imagination - mushrooms, garlic, sausage, tomatoes, ....

Step03 - Heat up a little oil and lightly cook the onion & celery mix. When tender, added the stuffing mix, and little water, and most importantly, Cream of Mushroom soup.

Step04 - Make a stuffing pocket in the chops by carefully slicing into the side but making sure not to cut all the way through.

Step05 - Start stuffing...

Step06 - Close each stuffed chop with a toothpick.

Step07 - Lightly brown the chops with a small amount of olive earl.

Step08 - Flip em and brown the other side too. Browning takes about 3-5 minutes per side, depending on thickness of chops.

Step09 - As chops are browning, mix another can of Cream of Mushroom soup with remaining stuffing. This will make it somewhat a diluted stuffing mix but you will see its just perfect for baking chops in.....

Step10 - Stuff the stuffed chops into the cream of mushroom stuffing mix. Isn't she's starting to make your mouth water?

Step11 - Bake at 350 for about 1 hr. I like to cover with tin foil for the first 30 minutes and then let it go!
Just eat it
