The Lake Lyle     Jerky   Page

This page is to show ya all how to smoke up a batch of Jerkey.  This is an easy recipe to use & follow and is set for 3 lb chunks of meat.  I dont have any photos at this time but wanted to get the recipe published so we all know where it is.

3 lb of Meat

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Inst-a-cure No 1

1 tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Ground Black Pepper

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce

 

  Just smoke  it
